All 90 Minute Appointments

All scheduled appointments are 90 minutes which breaks down to an 80 minute massage with dressing and undressing times.

Swedish Massage
A Swedish Massage is a relaxing and therapeutic style of massage.  It combines a variety of techniques designed to relax muscles, relieve aches and pains, decrease stress levels, enhance mental clarity,  stimulate circulation, increase muscle tone and balance the musculo-skeletal systems.  I will gladly work on current clients who are expected mothers, however, I am not certified in Pre-Natal Massage.

Deep Tissue with Trigger Point Therapy/Sports Massage
This type of massage is usually used when there is chronic muscle tension or injury caused by adhesions (bands of painful, rigid tissue) in muscles, tendons and ligaments.  Deep tissue breaks down these adhesions to relieve pain and restore normal movement.  We include Trigger Point Therapy with Deep Tissue for optimum relief from muscle tension or pain associated with, but not limited to, Low Back Pain, Headaches, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Tendonitis, Plantar Fasciitis, Runner's Knee, Neck & Shoulder Pain.

**Payment is required at time of service for the full amount by means of cash only, NO credit cards or other electronic forms of payment are accepted.  If you have ever been hacked, you would understand. Gratuity is always appreciated, thank you!  

 

Non-Pay/No Show Late Charges::   24 hours is required for all cancelations.  The full price of the massage is charged if there is a no-show or appointment is canceled prior to a 24 hour notice.   If payment is not received at the time of your appointment or you do not show for your appointment, a $15 charge will be added to the full price of the massage and a bill will sent.  Please see Hours, Scheduling & Cancel Policy for further information.
